Returns and Refunds

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY:

Order(s) once booked can't be canceled. In exceptional circumstances, please reach out to us at support@pankhudiyan.com and we will do the best we can to help you.

Post receipt, in case you would like to return the product, please send us an email clearly stating the issue with supporting pictures of the product at support@pankhudiyan.com. Request for return needs to be made within 24 hrs of product getting delivered. Processing of any product return request is subject to the following conditions

Conditions for returns:

In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased in the last 10 days
  • The goods are in the original packaging and are unsealed

The following goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The goods that were unsealed after delivery or where the packaging is tampered/spoiled
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
  • Any item that are marked as “Gift” on our website 

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 10 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement. Pankhudiyan will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.
